{"id":7741,"date":"2016-11-23T10:51:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-23T13:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.infopampa.com\/?p=7741"},"modified":"2016-11-23T10:51:00","modified_gmt":"2016-11-23T13:51:00","slug":"murio-carlos-fayt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.infopampa.com\/index.php\/2016\/11\/23\/murio-carlos-fayt\/","title":{"rendered":"Muri\u00f3 Carlos Fayt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A los 98 a\u00f1os de edad, falleci\u00f3 el ex ministro de la Corte Suprema de Justicia Carlos Fayt, quien estuvo en el m\u00e1ximo organismo de Justicia durante 32 a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p>Fayt, reconocido jurista y acad\u00e9mico que deja un importante legado, fue el juez que mayor tiempo permaneci\u00f3 en el sill\u00f3n de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, cargo al que lleg\u00f3 con la restauraci\u00f3n de la democracia argentina, en 1983.<\/p>\n<p>Renunci\u00f3\u00a0a la Corte el 11 de diciembre del a\u00f1o pasado, un d\u00eda despu\u00e9s de la asunci\u00f3n del presidente Mauricio Macri.
